Trauma APP (TrAPP) Essentials: Procedural Skills Lab

Hands-on procedural training built for trauma and acute care APPs.

TrAPP Essentials is a 4.5-hour, small-group skills course where you’ll rotate through six hands-on stations led by expert faculty.

What You’ll Practice

  • Central venous catheter placement – technique and troubleshooting on simulation tissue
  • eFAST exam – hands-on ultrasound scanning with live guidance
  • Chest tube placement – insertion practice on advanced chest drain trainers
  • Suturing – refine your closure technique on dedicated suture stations
  • Radiology reading – rapid interpretation of trauma imaging
  • …and more!

Why This Course
